These terms and conditions apply to all commissions and projects.

Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions apply to the Raygirl website under the domain name www.raygirl.net ("the website") and Raygirl. From here on, Rahi Rahmat and members collaborating with Rahi Rahmat on projects with be referred to as " Raygirl" and the client as "the Client".

Use of the website

Accessing or using the website constitutes acceptance by you of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions then please do not continue to use the website.


Raygirl reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice. It is recommended that you review these terms and conditions regularly so that you are aware of any changes that may have occurred. Continued use after the changes have been made implies that you have agreed to accept these amendments.

Acceptance of Project

Quotations are valid for 21 days from date of issue.


A payment of 25% of the total fee is due upfront with order, unless otherwise agreed, in which case payment is due upon completion of site. Whilst any payment due under the agreement remains outstanding, Raygirl shall be entitled at its sole and absolute discretion to withhold provision of any goods or services it would otherwise be obliged to provide under the agreement. All payments by cheque must be made in Pound Sterling.


Raygirl will carry out work only where an invoice has been paid by the Client for the work, unless otherwise agreed at the discretion of Raygirl.


Any other services on the order which have not been included in the invoice do not form part of the contract. The Client agrees to check the details of the invoice are correct and should print and keep a copy for their records.


Raygirl is liable to withdraw from contract at any time prior to acceptance.


Additional work requested by the Client which is not specified in the agreed quotation is subject to an additional quotation by Raygirl on receipt of specification. If the work is needed as part of an existing project then this may the effect timescale and overall delivery time of the project.


The Client agrees to provide any needed information and content required by Raygirl in good time to enable Raygirl to complete a design or web site work as part of an agreed project.

Material

Raygirl reserves the right to refuse to handle:

  1. Any media which is unlawful or inappropriate;
  2. Any media which contains a virus or hostile program;
  3. Any media which constitutes harassment, racism, violence, obscenity, harmful intent or spamming
  4. Any media which constitutes a criminal offence, infringes privacy or copyright

Intellectual property

Copyright and all other forms of intellectual property that exist in the content of the website are the property of Raygirl and of third parties that have granted Raygirl permission to use their work. You may browse, print and download extracts from the website to a local hard disk for your own personal and non-commercial use. You may also copy extracts for individual third parties for their personal use under the condition that you acknowledge the website as the source of the material, and stipulate that the third party must accept these terms and conditions. Any other form of copying, reproduction, redistribution, transmission or storage is expressly prohibited without prior written consent from Raygirl. The website may contain references to trade marks that are not owned by Raygirl. Reference to a trade mark owned by a third party does not imply that Raygirl has any rights in the mark.

Privacy statement

The website collects the following types of visitor information:

  1. Visitor log files. These are used to compile site usage statistics and do not contain personal information that could identify individuals.
  2. The names and e-mail addresses of visitors that have contacted Raygirl and Rahi Rahmat through the website. This information will be treated as confidential and will only be used to respond to visitor e-mails. We will not pass this information on to third parties.
